By purchasing, activating, or using Lovable Boost (website, license server, admin/reseller portals, and browser extension), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Not affiliated with Lovable.dev
Lovable Boost is an independent third party product. We are not Lovable.dev, we are not an official partner of Lovable.dev, we are not a parent company, subsidiary, reseller, or authorized representative of Lovable.dev or any of its owners. We do not speak for Lovable.dev and we do not have any official relationship with them.
Lovable.dev is a separate platform with its own terms, pricing, and policies. You must follow Lovable.dev rules when using their website. Any issues with your Lovable.dev account remain between you and Lovable.dev.
2. How the extension works (important)
Lovable Boost is a browser extension that changes how Lovable.dev behaves in your browser. At this time, the extension relies on a current behaviour or limitation in Lovable.dev where credits may not be deducted as expected, which can allow extended or unlimited use while that behaviour remains.
This is not a feature officially provided or approved by Lovable.dev. We are simply making use of how the platform currently works. If Lovable.dev updates, patches, or fixes this behaviour, the extension may stop working fully, partially, or immediately without notice.
3. No guarantee on “lifetime” or “unlimited”
We may sell plans described as “lifetime” or “unlimited”. These words mean access to the Lovable Boost extension and license for as long as we continue to operate the product and for as long as the underlying Lovable.dev behaviour described above still allows it to function.
- Lifetime does not mean forever on Lovable.dev. It depends on Lovable.dev not changing the behaviour the extension relies on.
- Unlimited does not mean a promise from Lovable.dev. It means unlimited use through our extension only while the current behaviour continues.
- We give no guarantee that unlimited or lifetime access will continue after Lovable.dev makes changes.
4. Use at your own risk
You use Lovable Boost entirely at your own risk. By purchasing or using the extension, you accept that:
- The product may stop working at any time if Lovable.dev changes their platform.
- We are not responsible for lost work, lost credits, account restrictions, or bans on Lovable.dev.
- Refunds are not guaranteed if the extension stops working due to third party changes.
- You are responsible for backing up your projects and following all applicable laws and platform rules.
5. License grant
- Upon valid purchase and activation, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Lovable Boost extension while it remains functional.
- Each license is intended for use by the purchaser on authorized devices as enforced by our activation system.
- Sharing, reselling, or redistributing a personal customer license without authorization is prohibited.
6. Acceptable use
- You agree to use the extension lawfully and responsibly.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, clone, or abuse the licensing system.
- You must not use the service to harm other users, resellers, or platform stability.
- Resellers must represent the product honestly, including that we are not official Lovable partners and that access depends on current Lovable.dev behaviour.
7. Third-party platforms
Lovable Boost interacts with third-party platforms such as Lovable.dev. We do not control and are not responsible for changes, outages, policy updates, account actions, or service limitations on those platforms.
8. Payments and refunds
All sales are handled directly via agreed payment methods (such as WhatsApp coordination). Refund eligibility, if any, is evaluated case by case at our discretion unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may result in immediate license suspension.
9. Reseller program
- Approved resellers receive access to a branded extension, reseller portal, and key generation tools.
- Resellers are responsible for their own sales, pricing, marketing claims, and customer communication.
- Resellers must not claim official partnership with Lovable.dev or guarantee unlimited access beyond what these terms state.
- We may suspend or terminate reseller accounts for abuse, fraud, or misleading claims.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or revoke licenses or accounts if we detect abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, security risks, or violations of these terms.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lovable Boost and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service or third-party platforms.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
